How It Works

From first email to last call

A simple four-step path. Most events are confirmed within ten days of inquiry.

01

Submit Your Inquiry

Fill out the form below with your date, headcount, and the shape of the night. We respond within 24 hours, weekdays.

02

Consult & Tasting

We meet — in person or by video — to map the floor, walk through menu options, and schedule a chef tasting for parties over 40.

03

Build the Run-of-Show

Two weeks out, we deliver a written timeline covering arrivals, courses, speeches, music cues, and bar pacing.

04

Host Your Night

Our events director is on-site from setup to last call. You focus on the room — we run the kitchen, bar, and timing.

Past Events

A small look at the kinds of nights Kore has hosted. Every event we do is photographed — guests, food, and smoke — by our in-house team.

Why Kore

Built for nights that need to land

A private event is only as good as the team behind it. Three things we bring that ordinary venues don't.

01 · Kitchen

A real grill, on-site

Not steam-table catering. Our chefs bring binchotan, our butcher program, and the same equipment that runs the restaurant menu. Your guests eat what the line eats.

02 · Service

One director, start to finish

Every Kore event is led by a single events director from first call to lights-up. No call-center handoffs, no rotating staff. You have one number, and they know your name.

03 · Vibe

The room already feels right

Warm woods, lantern light, and a serious sound system come standard. We don't need to "transform" the space — it already photographs like a magazine spread.

What Hosts Say

Two recent hosts, in their own words

We don't put quotes on the website that people didn't actually say. Here are two notes we received this year.

★★★★★

"We had our rehearsal dinner at Kore and three months later our families are still talking about the smoked branzino. The team ran the timeline like clockwork — I didn't worry about a single thing from the welcome toast to the cake."

★★★★★

"We bought out the entire restaurant for a client kickoff — 90 people, projector, three course Korean tasting with paired cocktails. Kore's events director made it feel effortless and our client has already asked when we're doing the next one."
